So I bought a PS4 Pro and tried out PS4 Remote Play so I can free up the big TV. The graphics quality is really bad on Remote Play. I've tried using Lan cable instead of Wifi, used it on my Win 10 Laptop, Surface Pro and even my gaming PC. Always same really bad graphics to the point it is almost unplayable. I've tried upping the settings to 1080 and 60fps but nothing seems to make a difference. Anyone else found any problems?

Compared to XBox One remote play which is crystal clear and no lag compared to Ps4 remote play which is a shame for such a new top end PS4.

It may be you setting 1080p@60fps is what is causing the quality to drop as the encoder will drop quality until it can meet your requirements. The cause is probably your network combined with optimistic resolution & frame rate settings.

Using Cat6 Cable and running 1GB Network using a Nighthawk X4S D7800 router, so network speed shouldn't be the problem. On remote play it says 1080 is only available for CUH-7000 Series which is the PS4 Pro I have. Compared to streaming using my Xbox one the graphics quality is so bad.
