Has the Nurburgring in GT6 been updated?

It's only been a week or so since I last played but last night I thought I noticed some changes to the Nurburgring on Gran Turismo 6. More detail in the trees, new Yokohama and warning signs at the trackside, new graffiti, cars in the Touristfahrten entrance carpark. I couldn't see anything about an update in the game and a quick Google hasn't helped.
