Gran Tourismo Sport release date Finally!!

Having played both, GT sport Beta and having access to Project Cars 2 they are very different.
GT Sport will be a big disappointment to fans of previous GT games (like me) as they seem to be aiming for e-sports (Beta was limited to practice and online race sessions so probably not a true reflection of the complete game). I don't think it will be the car collection game it was previously. I hope the final game is better than the Beta...it wasn't on a par with Project Cars 2 in lots of ways. I've bought every previous version of GT and the Beta was the reason I went out and bought a PS4, I really wanted to like it. I'll probably still get it otherwise I have to explain to the missus why I never switch the PS4 on...
Project Cars 2 is just utterly brilliant, I now have the Oculus Rift VR on PC so the PS4 rarely gets switched on any more. All the big issues from the first game have been covered off. The final stage is creating the baseline default setups which they are starting on now I believe. Expect a big day1 patch though. I won't race much online, so far career mode has been fun. With the new ranking system hopefully public lobby racing will be more fun.

Will be getting a PS4 Pro soon primarily because of GT Sport and hoping to get the game on release date. Even upgraded from a Logitech G25 to a G29 because of the new console and game
I purchased both PS2 & 3 due to the GT series.
Also thinking of getting Project Cars 2 and Assetto Corsa. I hope I can use the G29 on these games also.

I was just looking at GT Sport on amazon and it says only 137 cars to play with. Probably means I will get it eventually but perhaps not pre order or get a special edition. I do need a racing game for my PS4 though.
So The other week I played about 30min of PC1 got bored chucked in AC and did hours. I was hoping PC2 would be better but reading the comments on here and elsewhere I’ll wait til it’s under £20. So now all I’ve got to hope is GT is good, or I’ll end up having to get an Xbox and forza.
