Issues with PS4 Season Passes

Hi all,
I’m struggling to get my season passes to register a couple of new DLC packs and it’s still saying I need to buy them. Namely Project Cars 2 and Assetto Corsa.
Never had this issue up to now, but it’s asking me to part with more money for the Japanese car pack on Pc2 and the new Ferrari 70th anniversary pack on AC. Anyone able to shed some light?
