PS4..................arrrrgggghhhhh

Folks

I am new to the pleasures of the PS world - have never owned any of the previous models. Bought myself a PS4 Pro back in Nov. Played the games I got with it and the feebie's from PS +.

I bought some games last week on my phone at work cos it was the last day of their sale -Wolfenstein - Red Dead - and a Metal Gear game.

Only Wolfenstein showed as being available to download - I did this thinking the next game might come in - no.

Googled the problem - tried restoring the licences/reboot - still nothing. Went into a tantrum (i'm 42) - nothing. Fell out with wife who was trying to help and still nothing. She is good with tech - she has googled and cannot get them either.

Does anybody know how I can get these games ?

I did get a confirmation email from PS saying thanks for your purchase of the 3 games......please help a tech no phobe PS4 newbie.

check they were PS4 titles... and not PS3 or PSP or whatever....

Yeah - been on FAQ page and where it says they should be they aren't....but then it also said I should have a Thank You page...which I haven't.

I will try and contact them I think.

Sorry - I'm a divvy. It is a genuine email from Playstation. like I said - one of the 3 games was there waiting for me to download. I also have autoupdate set to come on.

I'll try contacting them.

Wife laughed at me....and indeed is till laughing at me. Stupidly I never even thought about this......naive enough to think why would PS send and email promoting these games. Just assumed they would be compatible.

You can get refunds for downloaded PS store games, I'm aware of people getting them for PSVR games they have had problems with (nausea) , as you haven't even downloaded them you shouldn't have a problem getting your money back.

was that the issue then ? ... as you haven't downloaded you should be able to get a refund...
