Anyone else playing the beta? Had a play earlier. It is bit NFS handling but the map is massive.

I played the last beta they did.
Graphics - Pretty good
Plane and boat - look and play fairly good
Car -worst handing physics I have ever played, makes Need for Speed seem like a sim
I found the menus needlessly complicated too, but looked nice graphics wise.
Unless the handling changes drastically I wouldn't even download it for free.

If you go into the menu where you fit the performance parts to your car then go to pro settings you can turn off the assists and I found it improved the car handling a bit.
I was looking forward too it but am finding it a bit disappointing, will give it another go over the weekend but pretty sure I won't be buying.

I didn't want to whine but I played both the alpha and beta and this is not worth parting any money for imo. How they think the car physics are worthy of a big budget modern game I don't know. Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 came out in 2002 and Burnout Paradise in 2008 and had perfect arcade handling right out of the box, just copy that handling ffs.
