Nier:Automata on Xbox One X

Was waiting to bite the bullet on this as a massive JRPG fan and noticed in the Xbox Sale it was reduced from £39.99 to £29.99 so got it purchased.

I have to say what a great and unique game it is! The combat reminds me somewhat of a mix between Monster Hunter and Final Fantasy XV with an importance on learning to dodge at the right moment and the games runs flawless in 4K and at 60fps. So far I've only noticed a slight drop on the Forest section but it was for a few seconds.

Would highly recommend it if you enjoyed games like Bayonetta, FFXV, etc.

I played it when it first came out on the PS4, I remember there being quite a buzz about it at the time but I thought it was absolutely bang average, forgettable and really short. I know the point is to play it multiple times but it's hardly a riveting story.
