I have a wheel stand pro like you have linked there which works well and is nice and solid if you already have a chair. However I found it not great on a sofa, just the wrong seating position. Also with a three pedal set, you may need to offset it in order to fold down flat otherwise the bar hits the brake. Some don't like the central bar but zero issue for me.

I also now have a playseat challenge which is really nice, comfortable and folds up well.

Wheels, I had a logitech g25 but now with the ps4 have moved to thrustmaster t300rs with t3pa pedals and th8a shifter, which is a decent step up in terms of FFB strength and feel.

I’ve read a lot about using an Ikea Poang chair. With a minor modification or two you can turn it from a regular lounge chair into a racing seat and it’s easy to return back to a normal chair when you want. This is just an example of a very basic mod for example;

Playseat challenge and G29 for me, not tried anything else so no idea how it compares. I don't have any complaints about my setup though.

I have the GT omega stand as I didn't want the central bar. Its pretty good.

Weights a ton and although it folds flat etc its not the most efficient to remove the bottom screw pins to allow it to fold flat and same for height adjustment. So ive taken to just leaving it up all the time.

It doesn't move on the floor at all as the thing is heavy and pedals are angled nicely up. Only thing without the centre bar it does have a sort of lateral sway. Never noticed it driving or using the wheel at all but moving it around/sitting it in place it moves a bit side to side if the height is set quite high.
