Of those I've played yes, this definitely. Just awful, confusing and just not fun in any way. Played it for a couple of hours then traded it in.

God of War gets my vote. Bland characters, dull setting, boring set pieces. No tension, no drama, the end of the game is a massive anticlimax and the gameplay was linear and dull. Hack and slash gameplay can be so much more exciting.

Anything that is released half full of content for 40 quid, then endless DLC dropping into the box every few months, meaning you have to pay 80 quid to play it all.

Oh, that will be most games then.

Market and gamers gone crazy

Relased last year but I only got it this year - Gran Turismo Sport. Handling was too floaty, felt a bit souless, no weather despite having the option for wet tyres and still doesn't have a damage model despite the fact you had that feature in PS1 games.

For me it is Far Cry 5, Im not saying it was a terrible game but it was just to much like FC4 which I really enjoyed.

If FC5 was the first game of the series I played then I would have loved it.

I loved the first third of FC5 (I did each part of the county one at a time) and thoroughly enjoyed it, then realised it was a case of rinse and repeat 2 more times with no apparent change in difficulty or progressive storyline.

Glad it's just not me.

Most disappointing for me is The last of us, bought it on the PS4 on numerous recommendations having never played it on ps3. Just can't play more than the 1st hour or 2, it's slow paced and the controls are clumsy and the characters aren't really all that likable.

I'm thoroughly disappointed by FC5. Enjoyed 3 and 4, but this is just boring. I hate the planes that strafe you every 300 metres, the general flight mechanics and the repetitiveness of it all compared to previous games. Won't be picking up FC5.5.

Far Cry 5 would've been fine for £5-8. It was a deeply unrevisitable experience. I popped through it and have never returned.

A few PHers and I play PUBG pretty regularly using discord for squad coms.

After some long term disillusion with gaming I must say I can’t think of a better gaming experience in 2018 (console version need not apply, this is the PC version I’m referring to).

Fallout 76 without a shadow of a doubt.
