I have a couple decent pc’s that should run most games pretty well but always struggle getting into playing games. I just bought a Logitech g920 steering wheel and am looking for a decent driving game that’s quite easy to get into and doesn’t have tons of buttons I also need to use. So far, Steam has very Few demos so I tried euro truck simulator and while it’s ok, it’s already frustrating me where to park my truck and gave up on it frown
What other decent driving games are there that’ll work ok with my wheel which I can pretty much straight into?

Is iracing still doing ok? I had it probably 7 years ago with a proper seat set up and was good fun then. Have the graphics been updated in that time?

Iracing. It’s getting huge exposure right now and has loads of players.

The NASCAR iracing race last weekend had 1.3 million viewers on TV!

Iracing! Also the graphics have had loads of updates over the last few years. The online racing is the best you will find.

If you're like me and don't really care much about wheel-to-wheel racing and just want a game that feels good to go for a drive, I'm swapping back and forth between Live for Speed and Assetto Corsa at the moment. Though I think AC has a good online racing community too.

AC has a wider variety of cars and tracks and a truckload of 3rd party mod cars and tracks available online. Driving physics is mostly good, but I find the steering feedback/behaviour gets weird and unnatural when you start drifting with it. When sliding you sortof have to ignore the feedback and drive how you know it should be driven, even though it feels like you're forcing it against the wheel feedback which is trying to tell you the opposite.

LFS is the most natural feeling game I've played when it comes to sliding cars around, but the selection of cars and tracks isn't as varied and are mostly not real ones (if that matters to you).

I find I do best at AC straight after playing a session of LFS to reinforce the right muscle memory.

Not the latest graphics (but depending on how fast/slow your PC is this might be a good thing) but this is what i found to have the best "feel" when compared to track day and kart driving i have done.

Its also cheap (version 2 just launched to mixed reviews) with loads of free add-ons from here

I gave up on iRacing as it becomes pretty expensive....... but as said earlier it is great if on-line racing is your thing.

I'm quite happy with AC. The sounds are a little "plasticky", though? Maybe they're clipping a little or something?

I use Iracing for my racing needs and Pcars 2 combined with Stoopidchallenges (from here) for my hot lapping league needs.

I've bought AC from Steam earlier so will see how I get on with that.

Quite enjoying things so far so have decided to invest in a VR unit and a cockpit - but they seem to be out of stock everywhere frown
Are they usually this hard to get hold of or is because of the virus?

Iracing, I no longer have a wheel or peddles but it was the best online racing experience.

Oddly enough my favourite series was class A and B NASCARs
