Looking for a nice online racing group for AC or PC2?

I have a decent Thrustmaster T500RS wheel and pedals on a Wheelstand Pro stand and am keen to race in VR as I find it much more enjoyable and immersive with my Oculus Rift.

I'm not new to sim racing having spent years with Gran Turismo etc but this is the first time I have a permanent cockpit setup and some time to invest in learning and playing due to the lockdown! I'm also not that fast!

So can anybody point me to a racing club/group who organise some races that are

a) Online
b) Welcoming to newbies
c) Ideally use stock car setups as I don't want to spend more time fettling brake bias and suspension geometry than actually racing!

Grateful for any pointers. If there's another sim I would need to buy I am happy to do som as long as it's VR compatible.

I’ve started racing in SRS for assetto corsa - https://www.simracingsystem.com/

You can bob in and out of any series, there’s usually 3 servers per race where you get put with drivers of the same rating.

It does mean however the first few races you do are with some utter tools who will just crash you off. However if you keep your nose clean and get a few good finishes you get bumped up to better servers as your rating increases.
