We love this kind of co-op play on same screen so anything similar for xbox one?

Get a snes mini or other appropriately emulator equipped system and then a whole world of history opens up to you.

Golden Axe from the same era is always a shout.

Guacamelee or Caslte Crashers are both fun as coop

Streets of Rage 4 is due out very soon, possibly even as early as the end of the month.

I replayed SoR2 on the megadrive mini recently. Forgot how good it was!

Just a quick update to say that Streets of Rage 4 is out tomorrow and is getting very good reviews.

Thx stevil, dl’d last night, its very good, game play the same but nice sharp images, exactly what we wanted, both got carried away last night until midnight!

There's a game on the Switch called 99 Vidas, which is similar to Streets of Rage. There's also a Streets of Rage remake that was fan made that you can get on the pc but Sega gave the creators a take down notice.

I've not tried Streets of Rage 4 yet as the cartoon style graphics put me off.

Streets of Rage 4 is free on Xbox games pass. I will be downloading it later.
