Laptop - Ryzen/Radeon or Intel/Nvidia?

I have pretty much decided on a Dell G5 laptop thanks to replies on the computer thread. Just one more question which is probably better directed to the gaming people here.

For gaming which is the best option?

Ryzen 5 4600H / Radeon RX 5600M 6GB - £949.00
or
Core i7 10750H / GeForce GTX 1660ti 6GB. - £1099.00

Is the Intel/Nvidia machine worth the extra?
