Steering wheel for PS2

Can anybody suggest a good (cheap) steering wheel for a PS2?

You can pick up one of the old driving force wheels (logitech) for cheap now that the driving force pro is out, I have one and it's great for GT4 (and GTR on the PC for that matter)

Can you use it with a PS2 as well as a PC?

You can indeed, I've got one of these and it's great on both:

if you really get into your driving you might out grow it but you would need to spend 2 or 3x more to get something a lot better I think.
