My sons Xbox x has developed a fault so his discs won’t load anymore, try as I may I’m unable to register the fault online or speak to virtually or in person about the issue.

When I get to payment and review, tells me to clear my cookies which I have done twice now, then I try to get them to contact me by phone, guess what ‘we are sorry but having problems, try again later’.

Anyone got another way to get in touch?

Tia

I’ve got an issue where none of the Xbox site works properly on iOS Chrome. Have you tried a different browser or device?

So got a repair back today and the bloody thing won’t switch on, go to online chat and same issue, honestly if this wasn’t my son, I’d bin it. They are simply the worst company to get hold.

Xbox's come with built in power surge protectors.. if someone has repeatedly pressed the on off switch of for whatever reason it refuses to turn on. There is a discharge process i believe by unplugging the whole box including hdmi cable, pressing on button and eject at the same time for about a minute.
How do i know this? I have a 2 year old who thinks its great fun sticking multiple discs into the drive and then repeatedly smashing the buttons.
Hope it helps.
