Multiple Xbox question

Hi all,

I recently bought a series X and gave my Xbox one to my daughter.

Currently both consoles are signed in to my account, but we can't play games at the same time.

What do I need to do to resolve this? I'm getting confused with the whole home console thing. Do I need to create an account for her?

She needs account and you need to do the console share thingy. I canny remember how it works but its a very simple process.

Thanks N0ddie. Am I right in thinking I need to set hers (the old one) as the home Xbox?

She sets your as her home and you set hers as your home console.

Well I'm confused again. I set this up yesterday and it was working fine, both Xboxes could play. Now it doesn't work.
