It's £25 or on PS Plus Premium. It's a 3d puzzle platform game, you're a cat, there are no people, just robots. I've got part way through it and like it a lot. It's not very PH, the fastest you will go (so far as I'm playing it) is sitting in a bucket on a pulley cable to go from roof to roof . It looks great, it's probably not a long game (see £25), the stressiest thing in it are these little ball with leg things that chase after you and can kill you.

I'm playing on PS5, this is the Digital Foundry breakdown of the game. PS5 runs at 60fps 4k, PS4 runs at 30fps 1080p, PC Steam can run better graphics than PS5, but has issues with Unreal Engine 4..

Brilliant game; absolutely no issuing running on my PC, but there are endless "issues" reported on Steam, but then endless people have endless issues with every game on Steam, so it's no surprise.

Signed up to premium to get this (additional £27 - lasts until Feb next year). It does look very pretty and is a fun little game (not really a true platformer as you can't willingly leap to your death).

The PC version is getting modded to have the player cat in different colours, or Garfield, or a dog. https://www.rockpapershotgun.com/stray-modders-are...

There are quite a few ways of doing it apparently.

Played a wee bit last night, a really nice game. Very good at creating tension as you never quite know what's going to happen next.

My missus also cried a little bit after the initial sequence when you leave the other cats.

If we don't all meet up again at the end, I'll be cross.

Great game. Not playing it myself but watching my daughter play it and our cats love it too. They normally can tell the difference between screens and real life but playing on the projector the in game cat is about the same size as a real cat and they find it fascinating. Initially they were pawing at things on the screen but now they come and sit on the sofa to watch when my daughter plays it. It’s like movie night for them.

My son was playing this on the PS5 via PS+ it was very good, very slick but quite short I though, a few hours maybe. I don't have an issue with short games , I'd prefer a more focused experience than endless side quests and grinding. I think this got the balance right.

I actually played a very early alpha of this, looks like they had made it a lot easier. The Zegs (blob things) were harder to escape, the part where you wait for the lift took me ages. He did it first time. I noticed some puzzles were a bit different as well. Maybe it is easier or it could have been they'd ironed out the slightly janky controls.

It's very linear, which is something I generally don't like in a game, but to me, Stray is more of an 'experience' than a game in the traditiionsl respect.

Great game let down by a disappointing ending, I skipped the credits so maybe I missed something.

Annoyingly I missed a big chunk of memories somehow around the Midtown area

Almost as if Stray 2 is already being produced.
