Alan Wake (Again) and The evil within for me. I'm still unsure whether the Evil Within is great or a bit Pony.

I always have a Game of Resident Evil 4 on the go.

Mostly playing on Steam Deck as it is new toy.

I'm playing Bloodborne during the day on my PS5 and F.E.A.R by night on my Series X. Both some of my absolute favourite games. I also have 'Bloodwash' by Puppet Combo ready to go on the Xbox this week too. Puppet Combo make some absolutely amazing lo-fi horror games (the prologue of 'Murder House' is as good as horror games get). All pretty spooky stuff but funnily enough I hadn't considered Halloween before deciding what I was going to play.

I had a dead space session last night too. Brilliant game, runs a treat on Steam Deck.

After all these years on the Xbox, I’ve supplemented it with a PS5. Just finished the PS5 version of The Last of Us. Absolutely superb, Part 2 will be purchased rapidly.

TLOU just never clicked for me. I have both of them, furthest I got was the clickers in TLOU.

Agreed TLOU is one of the most overrated games ever. Yes it was a pretty good story but the whole thing was just one long QTE. I did persevere till the end but won’t be touching the sequels.

Find some friends and get them all on Phasmophobia using VR headsets. Make sure you film them playing.

it remains the only genuinely scary experience I've had whilst playing games. To be fair even the non-VR experience is pretty unsettling.

7 days to die with the effect volume up and music down, in a dark room and trying to get around at night has put the craps up me a few times...
