About 2 hours in, no bugs yet, very impressed and much more polished than the first one.
What platform?Impressions after my first session playing..
Gorgeous graphics , combat mechanics excellent and moving around climbing easier too.
Annoying bits ,main character dies too easily if you fall from a height even though you can double jump, teamate flying around with jetpack waiting for you to climb, navigate the walls , just bloody pick me up and fly me there !

I’ll wait a few months. First one was a masterpiece once the bugs where ironed out, and I’m not even a Star Wars fan really.
I've been thinking about getting this and the comment above his got me thinking i'll buy Jedi: Fallen Order first. Watched some people playing the current one on Twtich and it did appeal. I play on PC and it seems that's where a lot of the issues are.But how buggy is the current one really? The comments on this thread make me think it's probably similar to a lot of the videos you see when a new Call of Duty is released claiming "CoD X COMPLETELY BROKEN!!!" because there's, say, a glitch that lets you out of the map. I've seen videos' in the past where the person then tries to get the glitch to work themselves and it requires such pixel perfect precision they can't do it. Still doesn't stop the view-generating headlines and deceleration that the game is broken. In my experience, if you just play the game as it's supposed to be played it's rarely much of a problem.
Watching the vid linked to above, it seems balanced review and that performance optimisation on PC is terrible, but then when you look at the last 12 vids that have been published on that channel:
It would seem to be a channel dedicated to the sort of doom hyping I was referring to above.

tty things. Bits it's not like that for all his videos. You seem to be missing the "After The Hype!" Video from that screen grab which is basically an Elden Ring love in. The headlines are quite grabby, but the arguments within are usually balanced. Also he has saved me from buying games that have turned out to be crocks of s
t at launch in the past (Cyberpunk) though I get why you think it looks like doom mongering. But contrast to that, he's also spoken about the ridiculousness of review bombing before - that Mario one in the list is exactly about that.I like him, basically he's a bit of a moaner, but it's all meant with good intentions and fundamentally it's right that poor practices in the games industry get called out when they need to be.
