Roblox - bypassing screen time on Apple devices

Has anyone come across this problem? Certain apps for my kids account and devices appear to be allowed despite being time limited in the family screen time controls.

Seems to be a thing, based on a quick google.

Does anyone have any tips on how to get the Apple screen time to be fully effective?

Yes it does seem to us to that our daughter is happily using her devices well past the screen time limits, and we are not quite sure why Apple had decided that you can't set it to totally locked.

Is it possible to physically remove the device from the child?

We've found that there are so many bugs with parental controls on apple devices, we gave up trying to keep on top of them. Certain apps like Snapchat and TikTok seem to basically ignore Apples by app rulesets.
