Tech Supprot help please!!!!!

Not being able to get any joy or response from Microsoft I though I would turn to you folks of all knowlage. Having recenly been bought a new game for the PC (Age of Empire III) and it being miserable today, I have installed it and tried to launch the game when I do so I get the following error message.

MSXML 4.0 is not installed correctly it is required to run the game.

Now having done a bit of searching the is a windows update (I run windows XP) anyone know how i can reinstall this, whatever it is, correctly!

cant help, but had a bad case of supprot myself recently...

MSXML 4.0 was embedded in SP2, If you have SP2 as an image you should probably reinstall it.
