Been playing on and off since launch. Yes - it's good, but completely unlike other massively multiplayer games. The pace is pretty slow (to the point where you can do other things while doing 'safe' stuff, like mining
). It's also hardcore PVP once you get out of the safe Empire systems - be prepared to be ganked a few times if you head out into alliance space before you're ready. Graphics are amazing and it's very, very deep gameplay wise. Well worth a look

I'm having problems with the cursor at the moment - I seem to have click a point below where I actually want to click to actually open/use/aim for? Is this something you've had a problem with?
No - not come across that one before
Have you tried looking on the Eve forums to see if it's a known problem?I paid for a month to try it, didn't read the manual which I really should have done, then spent the best part of the whole month playing it. For those old enough to remember it, it reminded me of Elite for gameplay, although that is as far as the comparison goes.
The graphics are stunning, especially on a 10ft screen
However I didn't renew my subscription because if I had have done, the chances are I would still be living in my front room playing it
Excellent for high tech and very 'Treky' but I found the game play a bit too slow (used to FPS) and after looking at my credits at the end of the month, and comparing that to the price of some of the upgrades for the ship, I decided to give it a miss
You could very easily spend your life on there

Indeed EVE is highly addictive and very very team orientated.
Most people early on don't buy their first Megathron on their own.... their whole corp goes on a massive mining binge and either builds it or buys it for ya. Obviously you do the same for them
Being a dole dosser at the momment I can't afford my subscription to it, but I was the 'infamous' SnowCrash Bandicoot

ganked = gangf****d
Been playing around 6 months, The main thing is to get a good corp, mines almost like family now. i live out of empire for the most of it. its where the fun is
Thing about eve is, its so easy to lose alot of hardwork if your in the wrong place/wrong time. makes it so exciting.
PS were recruiting
