BUT! The wrong layers have been flattened.. So it's all orange texturey and the numberplate is poking through..

Hmm... Try flattening the PSD so everything is on one layer and it looks right to you, then send the DDS.
Make sure the wireframe layer is off too.

Otherwise, you'll have to email the PSD!
Have you got access to FTP software?

It'll take me a bit longer now, I've decided to add videos to it (the ones when you are selecting your car)

It'll add 2mb approx to each modified car, but never mind, look more professional

I think my number plate is missing from the version I sent you. Would it be possible for me to change the order of my layers and send you a new DDS file tonight. I won't change anything else so the video will be not need to be redone.

Matt black, nah as soon as it goes in-game it'll shine like it has never shined before Black does work, makes it hard to see some detail but can look very good..
