Do your GTL add-on track surfaces sparkle? Solution here.

For example the recently released Silverstone and Trois Rivieres track surfaces can sparkle on some systems and not look very nice. If so just drop this file into the track folder you want to unsparkle. Seems to work with all tracks I have tested
