GP4 and GPL

Is GP4 and GPL compatable with XP Media Centre.

strange. I replied to the other one...

XP Media Centre is just Windows XP with slightly different fonts and functionality to make it into a media centre. Anything that will run on XP Home will run on XP Media Centre....

Thx, I should have said "compatible with XP", but I take it from your wording that it is.

I was thinking of getting a copy from amazon, or ebay ... can't find it in any shops.

Been doing a bit of checking, I could only find out about XP 64bit with no compatibility problems with GPL, nothing on GP4.

Does Media centre use 64bit XP?

To get it to work anyway you'll need the GPL patch for faster machines.

There's a new all-in-one patch that covers the speedfix, 3d graphics and other updates released over the years here - http://gplmz.bcsims.com/index.php?sho pick the UK one if it's a UK copy of GPL.
