I know I was annoyed when my 360 when tits up. but the courier picked up my broken 360 monday. got it back today working just great. then another good point is that I left PGR3 int he console and they sent that back as well

so very good service indeed.

Nice 1. I've heard god things about they're customer service. Which is reassuring considering how many people have had problems that little bugger.
