Some thieving scum smashed the window into my car at Corley services & nicked my sat nav. The window people couldn't get a replacement door window so I've had to return home.

I'm so sorry to have missed the karting & let everyone down.

Adam, if you send me a message I'll get a cheque to you to cover the cost of the karting.

I'm strangely not that upset about the sat nav, just the damage to the car & missing out on a day of karting.

Hope it went well for everyone.

Very sorry to hear that Ian, you were sorely missed

(or I think everyone was hoping you'd be rubbish in a kart compared to your online skills )

That has just cheered me up no end, thanks

I really hope there'll be another karting event I'll be able to make, you can then see just how bad I am in real cars

Gutted for you Ian. Sorry you missed out, we were all looking forward to seeing you. Let's make sure you're at the next one!

Given what you've been through, I would feel bad taking the money from you now.

Ian, that's crap

we tried to hang on for as long as we could for you to arrive but had to give in to the rather assertive brief woman.

I hope you get it fixed ok.

(must have been interesting driving home with no window!)

shit - bast***s - sorry to hear that Ian - I had my car broken into because the cradle was in it, they took nothing as the sat nav wasnt in the car. Apparently the scum can sell them for £100 almost instantly (there is a network of buyers) and usually get at least 2 an hour in our area.
