Argos are selling:

Xbox + controller +
Forza Motorsport +
PGR2 +
Halo2 +
Fable

for £49..

Can't argue with that.

Even better if you chip it, stick a hard disk in it, put XBMC on it and put it on your LAN

Games even seem to appear on torrent sites...

Aye, for a media streaming device it can't be beaten.

Maybe you have to enter their Grotto and seek out the laminated book of dreams to discover this sprinkle of Christmas joy. It's the Narnia of household goods you know. Just get one of the pale mythical wardens of the treasure to bring one to you.

OK, so now I have one of these, and Halo 2 is pretty impressive, and as for PGR2, that was great.

Now then, what about all the other magic things I have heard about, like XBox live, and media streaming. Any hints on how to get the xbox setup on the wireless lan?
