I've created a Test Drive Unlimited Club...

It's on the West Coast of the Island, half way up. Name is PH Britcars. I'm no expert on the game as yet, but it would be great to play with some PHers. This is probably my first post on the forum, but I visit the site everyday in my lunchbreak. Always something interesting to read about.

Anyways back on topic... Test Drive Unlimited is one of my favourite games ever. The island is massive, it looks great, the cars are acceptably realistic and it's soooo much fun weaving through traffic in convoy.

My gamertag is 'petmitt'. Only got the game at the weekend, but already done 16 hours on it! Collection so far includes:

XJ220 (level 3 tune)
Esprit (level 3 tune)
Ascari thing (level 3 tune)
AC 289 (level 3 tune... notice a pattern here?)
Farboud (level 3 tune, hugely quick and mammoth acceleration)
Caterham (level 3 tune - really can embarrass a lot of the Group A metal round a country route)
Sagaris JUST FOR TEH PLAIN EVILNESS OF THE THING
Jaguar E-Type

Plus I have the Saleen 1000bhp jobbie - ain't much fun imho, bought it for the 'Round the Island Expert Challenge'. It's a gimp in the bends - traction only in sixth gear out of corners.

My favourite is probably the XJ220 - quick, but composed and surefooted. Plus you can drive it off boost with the lazy 5 speed tall ratio box, for general cruisage).

I thought it would be a nice idea to have a club with a British sports car focus, but anyone who plays it vaguely regularly and likes to tootle about is welcome. www.pistonheads.com/gassing/icons/6.gif
