Yes some do, others don't. Best place to check is play-asia who sell both American and Asian import games and tell you whether either will work on a Pal machine.

Generally Ubisoft's games have no region protection, Gears of War (the American copy) will work too, along with quite a few others.

Will say Korean games be all in the Korean language? Or can I change it in the options?

When i had a Jap PS2 most of the games were in Jap and i wasnt able to change to English! But if it is possible to change the language, need to figure out how to get to language settings first! Or just make friends with some Koreans.

Nah, most of the ones they send through might have the odd bit of Japanese writing on the box but they are all in English, I ordered COD3 from playasia recently and got the Australian version through which works fine and I have no problems playing it on live. Generally if you see something on playasia or yesasia and it says region free then you're safe language-wise.
