A friend of a friend was the highest bidder for a console and 25 games. His winning bd was £400.

It turns out that the games were poor copies that my frind couldn't get to work on his 360.

If the deal sounds too good to be true is probably is. At least refrain from leaving feedback until all games are tested and the goods are exactly as decribed in the auction. I'm not sure whether or not this guy knew he'd be buying copies of games. He's Lituanian and so maybe he didn't completely undersatnd every word.

I bought my 360 from ebay with 3 games, which turned out to be very poor copies.

Can't you report them to the equivalent of FACT or MPAA or whatever they are bloody called

One thing dl'ing/copying for yourself, another think when your selling them and making money from it! Pretty sure they'd love to know Ebay were endorsing/selling on pirate software (against their T&C's no doubt) and the seller might just get a visit which makes you feel that little bit better knowing they will get a nice big fine

the software police FACT and the games makers would be very keen on talking to u with regards the vendor's details

maybe try the police as well ?

worth contacting ebay as well as the goods are not as described and they can charge back the price to the vendor unless he has already moved on

Didn't think a 360 would even play copied games.. so what's the point in selling copied games??
