I got a PSP for christmas and I have downloaded Sony Media Manager but it keeps asking for a serial number that was on the applications disk? Mine did come with one I downloaded it straight from there website so have no idea how to get that serial number. It says it starts JV so its not any of the PSP serial numbers.
Any ideas?

Did you mean it didn't come with a disc? If not, then it should have done if bought new from shop. You can search on the net for a keygen or keygenerator for sony media manager or what ever the name of the product is. It can take quite a while to find one though.

nope. The only disk I got was the demo disk thats all.
Have you tried emailing them and asking them where the number would be?
