Okay so why no cover disks on X360 mags?
Am I expected to go to Xbox-Live for all my freebies?

Never fear... The official Xbox 360 magazine (can't remember the exact name now) always has them. Perhaps they're between issues at the moment? They're good, I have played Test Drive, Dead Rising, Ghost Recon to name a few of the big games I wanted to try out, from those demo DVDs. Each DVD has about 5 game demos, and also includes a bit of Hi Def content. Pretty good, especially if you don't have the Hard Disk!!!!

Yup, Its OXM (official Xbox Magazine) And it always comes with a disc and so do some other mags, perhaps the shop you go to keeps them behind the counter to stop them being nabbed!

I got one with 360 magazine (has a pic of master chief on front cover) and it didn't come any any demo's (I thought it would save me hdd space/downloading time as well as be for people without live access) but it didn't only trailers and a few vids of them playing online (which was cool admittedly)
