Xbox live Arcade-Texas Hold em?

Had my 360 for a good while now but never really bothered looking in to the arcade stuff until last weekend, got hold of Texa hold em and Mortal Kombat 3

Umm how much fun??!

I'm very slowly learning the rules of poker but got damn I see why its so addictive, I better stay out of any casinos!

And MK3 is absolute classic I was flat out on that back in the day on the old mega drive.

Anyone else picked up these two?

I downloaded Texas Hold 'Em when it first came out and was still free. I've only ever tried it once and, as a complete n00b when it comes to Poker, didn't really have any idea what I was doing. If I understood the rules I think it would probably be fun!

I don't know what i'm doing by a longshot mate!, i'm picking it up slowly, you can learn quite a bit from losing and finding out what the winning hand was!

This is definitely a learning strategy for the xbox and not real life!

Having cut my teeth on live games and playing regularly for cash online it's a lot different on the xbox. Not saying it doesn't have it's benefits, great for learning the rules and getting a feel for the game, but the dynamic is totally different when there is no risk from putting all your chips on the line and after playing for real money, the excitement is a little lacking.
