Hi all,

My daughter has Sims 2 Pets for christmas ...

The characters talk to each other in gobbledy gook language
(thaught it was french for a while from the other side of the room!)

Is this correct - or should they be talking so we can understand them.

I assume gobbledy gook - kids reckon we should understand them ...

All over my head really!!!

Bring back space invaders and pac man I say

On all versions of the sims I have played they have spoken "gobbeldy gook" however I have not played the version you refer to.

The sims will communicate with each other in "Simlish" (If I remember the manual to Sim2) which is just random gibberish really. So, victory for the olds, the nippers are wrong

They talk gibberish but you start to understand it and what they say when (or at least I do, which probably make me extremely sad), e.g.

When saying goodbye to someone = "sool sool"

When pleased with something = "this grough is frenchie"

I'm a kid and I have sims 2 on pc, and a word of warning to parents don't buy it on pc. I say this because... you buy that, then your kid will say i want this expansion pack then this expansion pack etc... until they have all of them! and trust me it works out very expensive!!
