i'm in the server now but it's on kyalami and for some reason I am getting a mismatch and can't race can someone else join so we can vote it onto the next track?

It's also not allowing upgrades, like the later cars.

So you can't run the older T3 Ferrari or newer A2 Arrows if you wanted to. I think it must be the Fixed Upgrades setting which is currently "yes" I think it should be "no".
