I think a few of us will be about tonight? Top gear is on at 8pm... so let's say 9pm for the gallardo mod:

remember you need to update rFactor to the latest version as this is now what is running on the server:

Sounds good to me. Any thoughts on tracks, just so I can be sure I've got them?

Sorry FWD couldn't avoid that in time...
Then it kicked me out - connection lost?

Is this some new safety feature of the server or something? hehe Am I going to be tarnished with a reputation for wrecking now? irked

No problem I didn't see you until I got straight, trying to give you a chance to avoid me. I couldn't see my rear view mirror properly I was adjusting my seat through most of the early part of the race. FOV needs to be changed on these.

what do people think of the gallardos?

I think they are good... one of the most solid and connected feeling cars I've driven in rFactor.

I think their tail happiness in fast corners can be fixed by playing with the aero a bit.

I had only driven them at Toban Long and found it ok there with minimal tweaking, loaded that setting into the first online race at Silverstone and it was awful through the fast sweepers of Becketts but then for some reason I just don't get on with Silverstone in anything else but an F1 car. It was better again at Mills I turned the wings front and rear to their max settings and reduced the spring rates to make them less stiff to cope with the kerbs. As long as you kept the car straight as it went over the kerbs in the fast 4th gear right left at the back it was fine.

not my favourites though
