I'd go with one of the PC Options, probably rfactor as I thought the car handling on GT4 wasn't as good as they claimed it to be.
There are two versions for Rfactor both very good;
www.rfactorcentral.com/detail.cfm?ID=Nordschleife
AND
www.rfactorcentral.com/detail.cfm?ID=Nordschleife%20All%20Road
The second one includes somefictional circuits as well that use local roads, but the "proper" track is there too.

I've got it for GTR2, i found the download for it here....
www.nogripracing.com/details.php?filenr=1883
which also ahs some other fantastic tracks to download!!
The GTR2 download version is far, far superior to GT4!
GTR2 is also one hell of a game.
Enjoy.

Project Gotham 3 on the 360 is the best version I have played
seconded, the only gripe I have and it would be 100% true to life if they sorted it, is the inclines/descents.
in real life the track is MUCH steeper on the hills, the PGR3 version is the best ive played but it would be near 100% true to life if they had only noticed they made it a little flat compared to real life.
