No it does not. Only the normal "playstation out" connector. It's what's on the other end of your cable though I suppose.
I know you can put them into SCART, composite and coax (normal aerial).
Not sure what you're asking though, do you want to plug it into a computer monitor? (as in VGA or DVI)? If so, no you can't. but you might be able to get an hdmi cable.
Just use scart tbh.
