where can I buy rfactor from (cd version) of the two site on rfactor.net one is in the US and does not appear to deliver to the UK and the other is out of stock
Any particular reason you need the CD Version? The download isn't that big (about 600MB), you could then burn it onto a CD yourself.
Whether you get the game itself on CD or not, there are still literally hundreds of MB worth of addons to download which you wont be able to buy on CD.
