Forza BHP?

Does anyone know if it measured at the fly or wheels? I want to know whether AWD is already accounted for or to stick to RWD etc

Must admit i haven't thought about it, but you could probably look at the
BHP of a standard car (one that you know or can google maybe) and see what
BHP they included for it.That should tell you which way round they did it.
I would then assume any tune ups would be measured in the same way

If you fit an AWD drivetrain you loose BHP, that suggests to me that it's an ATW figure.

That's because you're also fitting a new engine that doesn't have all the mods of the old one.

Put it this way - the stock cars have quoted manufacturer BHP. And the manufacturers always quote power at the fly.
