Is Anyone Else Having This Problem With Forza

Got Forza the day it came out no problems with it at all, however now when I play it it often stales when loading races requiring me to restart the console, it is really starting to annoye me now due to how often I am needing to do it.

I've started getting some 5-10 second long pauses with a black screen when loading the races too - I took it that the game just couldn't cope with me getting close to finishing it

I think this is down to XBL problems. My hunch is that prior to races there's a lot of back and forth (watch your router), and if XBL is taking a hammering (or someone else is hammering your connection), starting a race gets slowed down or can time out.

i did get the disc unreadable error twice so far...

it seems the disc is similar to GoW and can get scuffed easily..

Not in my case 110% as I'm rarely on XBL due to the poop connection in my apartment out here...

If its being slow , hold A button down when the game starts loading, this clears all the cache from the xbox and may improve loading time

Be aware it'll take ages the first load as it re-caches the game.

I have disk problems with this game, and Oblivion.
I find it helps to have the console flat, the disk to the RHS of the tray, and to blow the dust out first
