Well I went a purchased a 360 on Friday (£280 with GOW, Forza2, 2nd wireless pad and the charge-while-you-play battery + adaptor).

This morning I set it up and cranked up Forza2 for a good go. Not only did the game freeze after a couple of races but I was gutted to see that Alpine Ring has been removed from the game! (First track on this link > http://www.forzastudios.com/features/tracks/)

I am mistaken or does this track get unlocked later on in the game? I do hope so as I loved this track

Your not mistaken, the track is not there.

However, Turn10 have stated a couple of times that there will be DLC for the game containing cars and maybe tracks (LeSarth is hinted at heavily in several places). So who knows, you may get your track eventually smile

Where did you get your 360 from at that price? Was going to Game this afternoon but sounds like you got a good deal... Cheers.

Yeah, I can't believe they took that track out but left the really long test track in, I hate that one with a passion!

Gamestation have a deal with a 360 + Froza2 + Gears for £280. I then asked the guy serving me if they had any packaging damaged peripherals such as controllers etc.

The guy was a really nice chap and after giving him 30 mins of my times to listen to his geek conversation about the next new RPG (I dont like RPGs) he was only to happy to see what they had. I got the wireless controller and charger free.

If you do buy the 360 + Froza2 + Gears package then you can get the wireless controller for £20 which is a good deal.

It was a fantastic track. Gutted, but I am holding out that it may well appear

They also left out Blue Mountains, Tokyo street and Rio, along with all the 'point to point' races

Im sure they will do DLC but the question is will they charge?? scratchchin

I didn't like Blue Mountain from the first one, they should've just got Bill to write out a small cheque, well small for him anyway, and used the real Bathurst rather than doing a bad copy of it
