I have this wheel for my PC and love it with GTR etc, but I want to use it to play on my Xbox. Is this possible with an adapter or do I have to shell out another £100 for another wheel?

Yes you do. My mate had one exactly the same and got good money for it on ebay because its a limited/special edition.
