Racing game for PC

What are the current best racing games on the PC? Last one I got was GT Legends. I fancy something with faster cars. Is there anything GT or Forza-like on PC at the mo?

Yeah, maybe that's the way to go then. Presume you can play online? Are there lots of games running that you can just join in with? Does it support force feedback wheels etc?
