Red ring of death

it died, then it came back for an hour, then it died, the red ring of death, xbox360 no more,


oh well,

better send it back, knew it was too good to be true, jusy make sure you keep the warrenty papers as one day i reckon you are gonna need them.

Mine went red about a month ago. I called Microsoft and they took it away and brought it back in a couple of weeks. I didn't have to show them any paperwork at all.

cool, mine has risen from the dead, but i am sure it is only tempory, i do not want to send it back untill it is truely dead, so they can sort it out,

i was surprised i thought the three red lights were terminal, but it went for another 90 mins before freezing and coming up with the lights again after an hours rest, its working again now, in a well venterlated position it has lived since launchday with no probs, i have had my moneys worth, but soon as it is dead i will send it back, was tempted to buy another one, but my friend bought one a few months ago it lasted 3 days, died, took back to shop they gave himanother one no probs as they are used to them sh*ting the bed.

shame this reliablity issue overshadows a stunning console.
