If you're a bit sad then I'm king geek, 3 of us have got the whole week off and we're planning on playing through the entire campaign on co-op until we've finished it without sleep, hence there being 3 of us, 2 to play and then the other to fetch food and to quickly jump in when someone needs the toilet.

I too have booked the week off, aswell as my girlfriend who has booked the week off, (she's played more that 5500 games of halo 2 online) to my 2600+ shocking!!

Its great having a GF thats a halo fanatic, lets get the gamertags out!

Beta demo did not inspire me too much.....then I downloaded the videos last night from the market place and it really brought back the days of Halo 1 and 2.

Off to pre-order now

Theres bound to be a few good varients with forge on warthog races, anyone heard of rocket race?

I havent pre-ordered it though, dont believe in pre-ordering (money for nothing, you can get it anywhere, didnt even pre-order a wii and got one on release day, in a supermarket), I'll be picking it up at tescos 24 hours at midnight on release day. The woman whos stocking the shelfs will probably say, halo what? followed by me screaming HALO ING 3 YOU TWIT, BIGGEST GAME RELEASE SINCE THE HISTORY OF GAMES, or something to that effect.....

Well I had to pre-order as I've gone for the hardcore Legendary edition that's all sold out now and going for anywhere up to £200 on ebay at the moment, tempting I must say.

When you say midnight on release day, do you mean 12am Tuesday night? As in the minute it is released. Or 12am Wednesday night? I may go and get it then as well if that is the case.

Yet another reason to pre-order is that certain companies (gameplay in particular) will ship it out early and 99% of the time you get it a day early, so instead of driving out at 12am on Wednesday morning you could wake up to it on the Tuesday morning and not even have to leave the house.
