xbox vs PS3 customer services

Well, I have not had a good week for games consoles but some huge difference in customer care.

Xbox - red lights flashing- book in with microsoft to have it fixed, 3 week possible turn round time, 1 week after still not even recieved the label so that i can post it off

PS3 - Disc Drive stops working after automatic update - 5mins to customer support, brand new PS3 being dropped to my house tomorrow...

Thats more like it....obviously would help if either lasted for a reasonable time but at least Sony are doing something about it.

Probably helps that they have a large pile of unsole PS3's to get rid of....

Mmmm, but Bill Gates has alot of sold, broken 360s to replace with similarly breakable 360s. Vicious circle, no?
