Does any one where i can find the best deals on a 360 preferably with Forza 2 and Skate and would a core system be ok or would i better off with a premium .

Go with the premium mate, the core really is not worth considering as you can't fit much on the little memory pack things, plus you WILL want to get online with Forza, get yourself down on the clean racers list here and prepare for some great fun

The deals change every few days on most sites, this one on gamestation doesn't look too bad, Halo 3 or PGR4 instead of Skate, but i'm sure if you speak to the guys in store they will be happy to change them over for you, they're always pretty helpful in Gamestation from my experience.

Avoid the core consoles as it's a false economy, although you save to start with you'll need to spend more to get things like a HDD and wireless controllers that you get as standard with the premium console.

There is also the elite console out there with the 120gb HDD, but until IPTV arrives and you start to save movies and TV shows to the hard drive it isn't really necessary.
