Is there a PS2 game that has the Nurburgring on it?

There's a cool uTube video compareing the PS2 version to realife. in a yellowbird.
It got to be watched just to watch the guy in the real yellowbird. very impressive car control.
Sounds like that would be Stefan Roser from the Faszination video. It got to be watched just to watch the guy in the real yellowbird. very impressive car control.

Yes and it's a damn site more accurate than the one in Forza.
Edited to add: Ya see that Hodgy, actually favouring the Playstation for once over the XBox, I better go have a lie-down.
What Forza2?, I think it's the best yet, I havn't been yet but it looks very much like the youtube footage.Edited to add: Ya see that Hodgy, actually favouring the Playstation for once over the XBox, I better go have a lie-down.

There are clumps of trees where there shouldn't be trees at all and bare patches beside the track where you'd expect dense forest, both of which are useless if you're trying to relate your braking points and so on from real memory of the track. On the same note there are also sections of curb missing, particularly at the turn in point at Bergwerk which totally ruins any chance of taking the turn as you would in real life.
Then there are the turns themselves, some of which are tighter than the real counterparts and some of which are much less severe.
The whole experience adds up to a real disappointment, especially when you compare it to GT4 which is an amazing recreation of the place, or PGR4 that does a damn good job and makes you wonder why they got it so wrong in Forza 2.

Agreed, the scenery surrounding the track in PGR4 is lovely, and the fact you can stomp around in the snow and ice is fantastic.Steve Evil said:

Your joking, the pgr one is rubbish.
You've already admitted you've not even been, so how you can come out with a statement like that from watching a few shaky youtube videos amazes me. Gassing Station | Video Games | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
